This happens when the program tries to open a score file with badly formed dates. The dates should have this format YYYY-MM-DD. There is a bug in a previous version of Sokoban that caused locally formed dates to be entered into the score files.

The next release will have a fix for this.

It is also possible to open the bad score file in a text editor and change the bad dates to the correct format.
